How to Make a Return

If your Lila Caramel purchase didn’t meet your expectations, no worries! We aim to make the return process as smooth as possible. Here’s what you need to know:

Condition
Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

Timing
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.

Start Your Return
To begin the return process, please reach out to our customer service team at info@lilacaramel.com. We’ll provide the return address and further instructions. All returns should be sent directly to our manufacturer for processing. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return form to include in the shipment.

Shipping Costs
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. For international customers, shipping costs may vary.

Processing Time
We aim to process returns within 48 hours of receiving them.

Refund Notification
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Refund Method
